Finding 4th of July decorations to bake and create beautiful treats for my daughters birthday is almost as fun as making them. I love this time of year! I found these at Joanne fabrics and have some really fun ideas for them!
Patriotic Red White and Blue root beer floats! Creating July 4th treats for me is such a fun and exciting way to prepare for the days leading up to my daughters birthday. I love making treats for people near and dear to my heart! This is a very fun and new spin on the root beer float. Here is what you will need.
Ingredients:
Ball jars
Vanilla ice cream
Red cream soda
Blueberries
And of course some cute patriotic decorations. I added some blue star stralls, blue star ribbons and some cute little tooth picks!
American flag cakepop treats. July 4th patriotic fun
Fun and easy to make American flag cake pops.
Ingredients:
Prepare cake pops as usual.
Blue candy melts.
Red candy melts.
White candy melts.
Dip each cake pop into 6 blue, 21 red. Drizzle with white candy melt and sprinkle with red white or blue cake sprinkles.

Ingredients:
Watermelon cut into chunks
Star marshmallows found at any store this time of year.
Blueberries.
Red White and Blue patriot July 4th Pretzel rod treats
Simple and fun to make
Ingredients:
20 Pretzel rods.
Blue, white and red candy melts
Blue, white and red sprinkles
Lay pretzel rods on some wax paper.
Heat candy melts and drizzle over the pretzel rods. Before they harden sprinkle with candy sprinkles and let dry. Serve as desired.
Red white and blue, July 4th Cheese ball, Stars and stripes
This fun 4th of July cheese ball is super easy to make.
Ingredients:
3 Cubes of cream cheese
1 Packet of ranch dip seasoning
1 can of black beans
1 Tomato chopped
Mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning together and shape into a star. Top with black beans and tomatoes.
Red white and blue Jello shots for kids
Red White & Blue Jello Shots! Alcohol free, kid friendly fun for all ages!
What you need:
Cherry red jello
Blueberry jello
Cool whip
Strawberries and blueberries for the top.
Super simple to make.
Prepare your jello according to directions on box, pour in desired glasses store in refrigerator until ready, add cool whip and add strawberries and blueberries as desired, Add a little red white and blue sparkle to the top for some extra flare!

I was blessed 18 years ago with a beautiful bundle of joy on July 4th. I love making treats to celebrate the days leading up to her birthday! It is such a fun and exiting way to show her my love and how much she means to me. Todays treat is a red white and blue taco bean dip. Super cute and simple to make.

What you will need
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup Cherry tomatoes
1 can of black beans
1 pound of ground meat cooked.
1 cup of salsa
1 cup of sour cream
Layer a 8x8 pan with the fried hamburger meat first. Next would be a layer of sour cream, next layer mozzarella and black beans followed by salsa and repeat. For the top layer put the black beans in the top left corner in a square shape followed by rows of cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese!
